Keeping your QR tag with your duck
Tape doesn't survive long outdoors. Here are the methods we recommend — from quick and permanent to fully embedded.
Waterproof paper + super glue
Print your QR tag on waterproof printable paper, then super glue it directly to the base of the duck. Fast, flat, and built to last outdoors — no tools required. The waterproof paper shrugs off rain and humidity while the super glue bond holds up through years of handling and weather.
UV resin coat
Stick the QR label to a flat surface on the duck, then seal it with a thin layer of UV-cure resin. Cures in seconds with a UV lamp or pen.
Epoxy pour
Apply the label, then pour a small dome of clear casting resin over it. Rock-hard, glossy, and fully waterproof once cured.
Laser engrave
If you have access to a laser cutter, engrave the QR code directly into the plastic. No label at all — it's part of the duck forever.
